Industrial Projects Hungary Ltd. (IPH Ltd.) was established in 1997 with the purpose to operate in the field of the Hungarian construction industry. Since 1998 as the developer of the industrial park, it has prepared a 450 hectare area for investors: the industrial park is fully serviced with high available free utility capacities, and has an advanced internal road network that provides direct access to the nearby M1 motorway. IPH Ltd. elaborates the development plan of the industrial park in accordance with the requirements of investors and creates sites that meet all their needs.
Through its owners, IPH Ltd. provides comprehensive services to its clients in all phases, including site development, planning and construction. Companies that have located their plants in the industrial park are not only strongly supported during the start-up phase of the investment, but also during their day-to-day operation. The primary role of the company is to promote direct capital investment by locating manufacturing firms in the industrial park, thus establishing and maintaining new workplaces. An indispensable prerequisite to this activity is the close cooperation with the related organizations on both the local and national level. IPH Ltd. strives to maximally meet the needs of its clients and offer a host environment that is competitive to them by any standard. As an acknowledgement of this work it was the very first company that has received the ‘The Most Investor-Friendly Industrial Park of the Year’ title in 2005 from the Hungarian Government, and has earned the trust of worldwide market leader companies that have made an accumulated 1 billion Euros worth of direct capital investment in the industrial park.
